The saloon goes full country for Christmas. The Hat & Fiddle Band, Dusty Road and DJ Andrew Hayes take over from 1pm to 7pm for the biggest country Christmas party Cardiff gets all year. Come for the day ticket or go all in on the Bottomless Brunch package and do it properly. Boots and hats mandatory. Early bird's already gone: general release won't last either.
